Our Medical grade pressure sensitive adhesive tapes are developed for medical devices where skin contact is possible. Medical grade adhesives have been tested by an outside laboratory and have shown to be non-sensitizing, non-irritating and non-toxic for skin contact applications.
The liners and PSA are compatible when exposed to Gamma (30, 60 & 90) and Ethylene Oxide (EtO) Sterilization processes. Medical grade tapes provide excellent adhesion to a variety of substrates and are designed for a variety of end uses including: direct skin bonding, fabric/ substrate design and medical device application.

MD2010-76 |
Double coated tape is constructed with a specialty designed, medical grade rubber based adhesive both liner and air sides. This product has been tested and meets the requirements of ANSI/UL723 test ASTM E84. |
