Pressure Sensitive Adhesive Tapes (PSA)

CCT is a leading innovator in the development of specialty pressure sensitive adhesive tapes (PSA). We offer a wide range of performance products to solve adhesion problems and meet demanding and diverse application requirements.

Experienced and knowledgeable in adhesives to bond to foam, sponge rubber, plastics, fabrics, abrasives, painted surfaces and more. CCT products include; double coated tapes, unsupported transfer tapes, self wound tapes, single coated tapes, specialty coated films, foam mounting tapes, and custom tapes up to 72” wide. Our PSA tapes are available with a variety of liners and carriers, utilizing both acrylic and rubber based adhesive systems.

Precision Adhesive Coating

Slitting Services

CCT provides slitting services to our tape customers. CCT’s slitting operations produce excellent roll profile, depending adhesive product up to 5000 lineal ft. in length. Standard roll lengths for converter rolls are 750ft, and 1500 ft. CCT slits to width from 3/8” and wider as required.

Laminating Services

CCT has the capability to laminate your specified material to our adhesive tape provided the material is wider then 36”, is wound and attached to a 6” or 3” heavy duty core, contain no open splices, is a minimum of 600 ft long and less then 1/8" thick. CCT laminates foam, non-woven fabrics, felt, films and more to customer request.
